MARKERS





 

I said I planned to share the journey...so here are the markers I need to meet to pass the certification:

Strength:

        Deadlift             225 pounds
        Bench Press     114 pounds


Skills

        Back Squat       114 pounds
        Deadlift             150 pounds
        Military Press   75 pounds
 
 
Mike also wanted a sense of where I was at strength wise so he asked me to test my weight at 5,4,3,2,and 1 for the following skills.

        Bench Press       5 reps       45 pounds

        Deadlift             5               135
                                  4               145
                                  3               160
                                  2               170
                                  1               180

         Press                5                25
                                 4                35

And after saying what? you only want me to work out 3 days and walk on off days...after doing the list above with a few additional exercises thrown in with 10 minutes of cardio...all I want to do today is walk.  That will teach me for mocking walking.

It is going to take some dedication and determination to get this done.
