Fire, aim, ready are the words of Jill Coleman. Check her out at jillfit.com and on Facebook. I didn't give her credit yesterday because I wasn't sure the order she used. I just remembered that ready was at the end. (I think) At the Radiance Retreat in Asheville, NC, she talked abut moving forward with goals/plans/blogs even if everything wasn't perfect because it will never be perfect.
